WHAT IS THIS STORE'S REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Returns and exchanges can be made within 15 days from when your parcel has arrived.

To return or exchange any purchase made, it is vital that you email/contact us first with a reason for your return. You will also need to attach your receipt/proof of purchase, otherwise we will not be issuing your return.

We only accept returns if they have manufacturing issues or are deemed faulty. Items returned must be unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Items will not be refunded due to change of mind or sizing, however we will provide an exchange.

Please note we will not be responsible for any return/exchange shipping fees. Postage fee is not included in refund.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT GET IT?

Once the order is shipped, the carrier handles the delivery. Unfortunately due to the lack of control we have with deliveries, if the carrier reports a package as delivered but you do not see it, you will need to report this to the carrier directly as it is beyond our control. We will not be able to issue refunds or replace products. 

 

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?

If you decide you want to cancel/change your order email us as soon as possible. If your item has already been marked as shipped then it is too late for us to cancel/change your order.
