When I received the shirt I reached out to them about the design (I wasn’t aware of the aged look), I was met with EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills. They took the time out to explain the discrepancy AND showed me examples. They even went the extra mile to send me a complementary product to ensure I was satisfied with the whole experience.
